Editorial policy
Every review on this site follows the four principles below.
Four testing principles
- Real deposits with my own money (Experience)I always deposit my own funds. The deposit screen and the time it takes for money to show up are recorded with screenshots.
- Timed withdrawals (Trust)"Fast deposits, slow withdrawals" is the classic sign of a bad casino, so I treat the time from withdrawal request to money received as the most important test. I also record whether ID verification was requested and how long it took.
- Support tests (Expertise)I contact customer support with real questions and check how quickly they reply and whether they actually solve the problem.
- Keeping information currentWhen I confirm a change to bonus terms or payment methods, I update the article and its "last updated" date.
How the score is calculated
| Category | Weight | What I look at |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal speed and reliability | 30% | Measured time to receive funds, any unfair holds |
| Game quality and range | 20% | Major providers, Provably Fair games |
| Bonus value | 20% | Real value after wagering requirements, not the headline number |
| Support quality | 15% | Reply speed, language options, ability to fix problems |
| Usability | 15% | Site and app experience, range of deposit and withdrawal methods |
How affiliate commissions fit in
Commission rates don't affect ratings. If a casino pays a high commission but its withdrawals test badly, it gets a low score and the article says why. A good casino gets recommended even if it pays me nothing. If you ever feel I've broken this rule, I want to hear about it.
